Costs

NDIS

Participants that are funded through the NDIS can access Insightful Occupational Therapy for supports under Improved Daily Living. The hourly cost is as per the "NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits" guide. The approximate number of hours that are required for supports varies on the reason for referral. For an approximate guide (excluding travel), the required hours for supports are:

• Functional Capacity Assessments: 12 hours
• Housing and Support Assessments (SIL/SDA Assessments): 20 hours
• Complex Assistive Technology Prescription: 10-15 hours per complex item
• Manual Handling: Up to 2 hours for assessment and approximately 3 hours per Safe Working Procedure (detailed step by step instructions)

Clinical Supervision and Mentoring

• The cost for Clinical Supervision and mentoring is $180 excluding gst per hour face to face via telehealth, plus hourly rate for phone calls and responding to emails between sessions as required.
• The Early Years Program is charged at $80 per person, per session either face to face or via telehealth. If you have multiple early years OTs who would like to complete the program, speak to us about a discount.

The cost for training is dependent on the number of people attending and the customisations that you would like to make the training relevant to you. Please contact us for a discussion and quote.
