Insightful Occupational Therapy.

Insightful Occupational Therapy is led by myself, Kirsty Armstrong.

I developed Insightful Occupational Therapy as a way of sharing skills and knowledge from my many years as working as an Occupational Therapist.

I have a strong passion for strengthening the knowledge of other Occupational Therapists through supervision and mentoring options, to help them become the best OT that they can be.

I love working with other professionals in the aged and disability fields, providing them with training opportunities to enhance their knowledge and standard of care and support. I am passionate about providing information for parents and educators on early years development and also presenting on different topics that may be of interest to the general population.

Alongside supervising and training, I continue to support both individuals with a disability and older adults to live their best life through providing Occupational Therapy assessment and recommendations.
